I didn't receive an email with the link(s). What do I do?
All orders which were put through successfully* get an automatic computer generated link sent to the email you provided. You MUST check the SPAM connected to the email account in which you purchased the program. If you don't know where your SPAM file is follow these directions:
1. Open your Gmail
2. In the search box at the top of the page, click the Down arrow
3. In the drop-down menu next to "Search," select Mail & Spam & Trash
4. Fill in "From" box with info@ohrnaava.com
5. At the bottom, click the blue magnifying glass to Search
6. Click on the email, open it and click on the link.

* If you did not receive a message stating that your purchase went through, your order was never paid for. Your credit card could not be processed and you need to try again.
I have the video link, but it's not working.
The link is working, it's your device that is having trouble playing the program.
Here are a few things you can try to get your device to play it:
1. Check your Internet Filter and unblock it
2. If there's a delay, or it's choppy: You may have a slow internet connection. If you're on a phone, try switching to a tablet or computer, or move to a place with a higher speed internet.
3. Try to copy/paste the link again, making sure you selected the entire link to copy and paste.
What if I want to watch on a different computer?
You can access your email from another computer. VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT SHARE OR FORWARD the link for the viewing.
What if I missed part of the program, can I watch it later?
Yes, the entire program is available to watch at any time during the Aseres Yemei Teshuva after the program has aired.
What browser is best for viewing?
Google Chrome is best, but other browsers work well too.
Do I need to unblock pop ups or download any players?
No, but if you have any filters that do not allow video playing you will NOT be able to view the classes. You must check your Internet Filter and unblock it, or call the customer service number associated with your filter provider.
What if my friend/family member wants to view part of the program with me?
Each person viewing is required to pay to view. Please Click Here to add viewers.
Can I watch the program on my smartphone/tablet?
